My favorite 3 *. In the hotel we were introduced as 4 * +. The owner personally went out to get acquainted with us, a very good-natured person, loves karaoke)). To say goodbye to us left with his wife - apparently at that time in the hotel except us there was no one else and maybe even for a long time there was no one). The hotel is very far from the infrastructure, from the center for 11 km, so many free exclusive services are offered at the hotel.
