I join positive comments about the city, the hotel and its location. But there are a number of discrepancies between the description on the site and the reality, which I would like to mention:
- there is no own beach near the hotel. The city beach at the beginning of June is poorly equipped for recreation - a pair of rusty showers with water, the only dressing room appeared a few days after the opening of the high season (June-August). But in general the season opens in Montenegro in April,
- the hotel does not have a beauty salon, massage parlor, fitness hall or hairdresser. All this can be found outside the hotel, the benefit is all nearby in 5-10 minutes of leisurely walking,
- rested in the room relating to the best in this hotel. By the time our arrival the room was cleaned only partially, we had to clean it ourselves - the quality of cleaning is low. Leave for this "gratitude" is not worth it;
And the rest "all is well, all is well". The city and the surrounding nature are perfect for a quiet and peaceful holiday

After trips and small trips for a while there is always a special nostalgia and a pleasant sadness inside ... Every one of us knows this feeling) So I'm nostalgic now for Montenegro, and in particular for this hotel) where we spent a wonderful 10 days. A good place and that says it all! Very friendly staff and convenient location, close to the sea and restaurants) Maybe not entirely objectively, but as it is)

Was in April, I spent several days at the hotel. We returned in full delight) Hotel Magnolia - a great option for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is very beautiful, a wonderful clean embankment, nature. A little frowning weather, but there's nothing to be done - April. Also I liked the incredibly tasty traditional cuisine and boutiques - exactly what allows you to fully relax and forget about everyday problems on a business trip. Very pleasant experience!

We were at the hotel in the autumn of October 29 - November 5, 2013 . Montenegro met us with favorite weather - about 20-23 degrees, the sun and a weak breeze . Town Tivat is very green, houses are 2-3-storey with small gardens, everywhere grapes, but mostly decorative . Apartments in Magnolia Tivat liked, lived on the 3rd floor, view of the city square . Quiet, sometimes heard like beat church bells . To the sea of ​​50 meters, there is a harbor for local boats . Е e one advantage of rest in the velvet season is the absence of Russians, because the season is over, the water at such a time of the year is 22 degrees +/- 2 . Close to the hotel is a beautiful Zupa park with a huge estate and majestic pines near the water . Tivat fascinated us , Apartments Magnolia Tivat very convenient . The staff of the hotel mainly speaks English . language, any questions that arise are immediately solved . For example, we were helped to organize a trip by ship along the Tivat Bay and the islands . Upon arrival at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised, because it turned out that the hotel is still a 4-star . And we were wearily traveling in a 3-star . As explained to us at the hotel, they updated all the rooms and improved the service for the floor eniya new status . I must say that the hotel deserves this four .Very good location: near a beautiful marina, a lot of entertainment, shops and parks, the sea is also side by side. . All in walking distance . The hotel has competent staff, the few questions that arose during your stay were resolved quickly and efficiently . Very spacious and comfortable numbers . There were, of course, different errors . But, in general, the hotel is quite good .
